Our vision for her
Secret of Life has served beautifully. We want to give her a second life — fully self-sufficient and off-grid: her own power, her own water, her own climate, and the systems to live and work aboard her anywhere.
That's a meaningful investment on top of the purchase, and it's exactly why we've thought carefully about where she is today and where we'll take her — so the entry point has to be right for both sides.
What we'll bring to her
Beyond the purchase, we'll equip her with the systems to be fully self-sufficient — taking the stronger option of each (the manual watermaker is plenty for us).

Making her timeless
Even at our €180.000 offer, the full programme takes her well past €240.000. On top of the purchase sits Axel's own upgrade quote of roughly €60,000, then air-conditioning, then a buffer for fenders, age-related wear and the interior touches we'll want before we set off. The closer we can start, the more of her future we get to build — which is exactly why the entry price matters so much.
